Credit Terms

Standard credit terms are net-30-days from date of invoice. To open a net-30-day account please complete a credit application which can be obtained online or by contacting the GSS Credit Department/Order desk. Orders may be shipped credit card until your credit application is approved. GSS accepts Visa and  MasterCard at the time of order. In order for you to pay by credit card, GSS requires you to complete a credit card authorization form, which can also be obtained online or by contacting GSS directly. If you do not provide GSS with the required information, your account may be placed on credit hold until alternative payment arrangements are made or the information provided.

Minimum Order for Inkjets

Inkjet orders are subject to a $20.00 minimum order value. Orders that do not meet the minimum order amount will be subject to a $5.00 surcharge.

Placing Orders

Please include your purchase order number with each order. For your convenience, orders may be placed at any time (24 hours) by:

  GSS business hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. eastern time (ET) Monday through Friday. Orders may be submitted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the Katun Online Catalogue. Orders submitted Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day.

  Routine orders received prior to 5:00 p.m. ET will be shipped the same day via GSS selected carrier (Purolator). Rush orders (express and expedited service) received prior to 5:00p.m. ET will be shipped via Purolator on the day of receipt.

  Shipping Charges will be calculated by GSS at the time of order processing, and added to the final invoice. Invoices will be finalized the day after order processing, and an electronic copy of the invoice will be forwarded directly to your Accounts Payable email address.
